Job Accountabilities / Responsibilities

?		Overseeing all aspects related to the site construction activities.
?		Being conversant with the scope of work, contract specifications and requirements, project schedules and material/equipment delivery status.
?		Coordinating all constructability and/or installation reviews.
?		Identifying and resolving specific construction and/or installation problem areas through site queries, request.
?		Preparing project activity listing, assisting planning to produce the respective level 2 & 3 schedules and monitoring the level 2 & 3 schedules, recording the progress against individual activities, ensuring that schedule as well as productivity levels are maintained.
?		Determining material and equipment required on site (ROS) dates based on the respective activity schedules.
?		Preparing and/or reviewing all technical procedures related to construction and/or installation activities.
?		Raising relevant revision orders for either additional works and/or changes to the original scope of work with man hour estimates subject to confirmation of the additional work/changes by project.
?		Directing the detailing/drafting department on the prioritized issue of construction and/or installation drawings and authorization of the respective drawings and as built drawings.
?		Attending weekly progress review meetings with the project team and Client/Customer.

Job Holder Requirement


Qualifications:

1.	Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields (Master’s preferred for complex offshore projects)
2	Advanced skills in AutoCAD for reviewing as-built drawings and Navisworks for 3D clash detection。
3	Fluent English for cross-cultural coordination with global teams; proficiency in  Mandarin preferred for local stakeholder engagement 

4	Strong negotiation skills to balance client expectations, contractor capabilities, and project constraints .
5	Advanced Excel and financial modeling ability.
6	Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
7	Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
8	Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control practices.
9	Good leadership skills, along with communication and interpersonal skills ,have ability to organize own work and meet strict deadlines
10	Willing to transfer internationally and be prepared to spend extended durations at the various contract work sites
　　  
Experience

1	10+ years in offshore oil & gas, with 5+ years in FPSO EPC site construction management 

2	Managed on-site construction for projects valued >$500M USD, ensuring alignment with engineering, procurement, and commissioning phases
