Job Accountabilities / Responsibilities

?	Develop project budgets and cost control plans.
?	Monitor costs against budget and forecast anticipated expenditures.
?	Generate regular cost reports and cash flow analyses.
?	Identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
?	Support procurement and finance in invoice and contract cost reviews.

Job Holder Requirement
Qualifications:
1.	Degree in Engineering, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
2	Certification in cost engineering or project controls is a plus.
3	Proficiency in cost control tools such as SAP.
4	Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
5	Advanced Excel and financial modeling ability.
6	Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
7	Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
8	Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control practices.
9	Good leadership skills, along with communication and interpersonal skills ,have ability to organize own work and meet strict deadlines
10	Willing to transfer internationally and be prepared to spend extended durations at the various contract work sites
　　  
Experience
1	Minimum 15 years of experience in project cost management, ideally in oil & gas, FPSO EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) environments.
2	Proven track record in managing large-scale project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and financial controls.
3	Experience working across multidisciplinary project teams including engineering, procurement, and construction.
4	Exposure to full project lifecycle phases: from planning and execution to closeout.
5	Familiarity with international project cost standards and compliance requirements.
